Mallard is the only local government official on the committee and is representing the Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators.
American Society of Civil Engineers — James Michels, president for Sugar Grove, Ill.-based Engineering Enterprises, has been named Civil Engineer of the Year by the Illinois Section of the Reston, Va.-based organization.
Timothy Haahs & Associates — Tryst Anderson has joined the Blue Bell, Pa.-based parking planning and design firm as vice president for client development and marketing. Previously, he was founder and principal for Elgin, Ill.-based T. Marlowe & Associates, a marketing consulting firm.
mGen — Jonathan Gordon has joined the Foxborough, Mass.-based learning and training software provider as president and CEO. Previously, he was founder and CEO for Bedford, Mass.-based EndPoints.
Parsons Brinckerhoff — Michael Schneider, executive vice president for the New York-based engineering, planning and construction management firm, has been appointed director of corporate development and has been elected to the firm’s board of directors.
GovPartner — Gabriela Dow, director of communications for the San Diego-based e-government software and service provider, has been promoted to vice president of communications.
Sanborn — Bob Williams, a former vice president of sales and marketing for the Colorado Springs, Colo.-based GIS and photogrammetry mapping service provider, has rejoined the company as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s St. Louis office.
V3 Realty — Patrick Keenan has been appointed vice president for the Woodridge, Ill.-based consulting, construction and real estate development firm. Previously, he was an associate for Chicago-based Duff & Phelps.
ICMA Retirement Corp. — Joan McCallen, executive vice president and chief operations officer for the Washington, D.C.-based company, has been appointed president and CEO.
The Construction Sciences Research Foundation — Douglas Day, principal of Foster City, Calif.-based Douglas Day Associates, has been elected president for the Baltimore-based organization.
Contech Construction Products — Mark McCormick has been named senior vice president of the Florida Region for the Middletown, Ohio-based company. Previously, he was vice president for the company’s Eastern Region.
