The Indianapolis Star, a home incarceration program will be open to 100 participants, who will not be allowed to work and may leave their homes only for medial appointments or religious services. A home detention with curfew program will be open to 150 participants, who will be monitored electronically and must be home by a certain time each night. An independent residential program will be open to 20 participants who will live in a residence hall and will have privileges such as overnight visitors and a less-regimented schedule than work-release.
