Miami police are cracking down on prostitution with a new program targeted to four notorious red-light zones in the city. According to The Miami Herald, under the program, anyone arrested for prostitution in any one of the zones will have the option of accepting six monthsÕ probation, on the condition that they stay out of the zones. If they are caught in the zones while they are on probation, they will go to jail. The program is modeled after similar efforts in Orlando, Fla., and St. Petersburg, Fla.
