Project Manager Subgrantee Activity
The City of Harrisburg is recruiting for a Project Manager for subgrantee activities funded by CDBG, HOME and federal and state housing and community development grants. The Project Manager Subgrantee Activity acts as the City’s representative to ensure timely contract award and completion and is primarily responsible for directing the work of subgrantees and administrative support staff.
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years experience in contract management and grant compliance or any equivalent combination of experience.
Residency within the corporate limits of the City of Harrisburg is required within one year from date of employment.
Salary commensurate with experience (starting at $31,250.00) including City-paid medical, vision, prescription drug, and dental coverages for employee and family, pension and deferred compensation plans, life insurance and paid leave.
